Our beautiful home is on a premium lot at 252 Barbera Drive overlooking Orange Groves, forests & green parkland.
It’s a 3,000 sq. ft single storey, fully air-conditioned, luxuriously furnished villa with two master bedroom suites. two additional twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, private screened pool with separate Jacuzzi Spa, outdoor patio dining & relaxation area and double garage: It sleeps 10 adults in comfort plus one infant in a crib/cot and is fitted throughout with smoke detectors.

This villa is principally our holiday home. At every opportunity we have upgraded, to the highest level, our furniture packs and equipment to increase our own enjoyment as well as yours.

It will be difficult for you to truly appreciate the superior quality of the accommodation and furniture in our villa until you can see it for yourself, however we hope the photos below will help illustrate why our home is an excellent choice for your holiday.

Master Suite One: 5ft Queen size bed, walk in closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, floor plant with sliding patio door leading to the pool area. Excellent large bathroom with garden tub, oversized walk in shower, double basins and separate WC.

Master Suite Two: 5ft Queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, bedside table, cable TV, floor plant, Ensuite with large oversize shower, WC and basin with door leading to the pool area.

Twin bedrooms: three and four both with twin beds and large closets, chest of drawers and bedside table. Separated by the main bathroom.
There are extra pillows and laundry baskets provided in all bedrooms.

The Great Room has large comfortable sofas with cable TV, DVD, Video recorder/player, floor plants and fantastic views of the pool area. A ceiling fan is provided for cooling breezes. There is an array of books (including children's) for you to borrow as well as plenty of family games.

Kitchen is open plan and fully fitted with a large larder and many modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener plus cupboards fully laden with crockery, glasses, plastic pool ware and oodles of cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a telephone, CD player with cassette and radio functions plus two barstools.

Breakfast Nook comfortably seats four and provides the perfect place for sunny breakfasts with views over the pool area.

Dining Room large sophisticated dining area with formal seating for six.

Living Room provides a relaxing atmosphere for reading and conversation. The living room houses a queen sleeper sofa (5ft wide), coffee table and reading chair with adjacent Roman style ‘coliseum’ table.

Entrance Hall spacious entrance through a porch canopy. Coat hooks and entrance mat.

Pool an excellent venue for sunny days and balmy evenings. The pool is 26 ft x 13 ft and approximately 2'8" to 5'6" (0.8 to 1.6 metres) deep. It has a fabulous Jacuzzi Spa attached surrounded by an extended patio area with sun loungers, table & chairs. A ceiling fan provides cooling breezes.
Pool towels are also provided.

For you and your child's/children's protection, alarms are fitted to ALL villa doors leading to the pool area.

Plus laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry baskets, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher, double garage, weekly landscaping/lawn cutting, weekly pool clean and excellent 24 hour management care during your stay.

Extras: we also have a crib/cot, highchair, toddler safety bedrail and roll-away bed for hire.
